Returns and Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (resaleable condition) You’ll also need proof of purchase, which will be your order number.
If the item appears faulty and could potentially be resolved without sending the item back, please do drop us an email as we may be able to resolve there and then. Some of our toys have a little trick to them, for example holding down the on/off button for 3-5 seconds.
When an item gets returned back to us as faulty, we check the fault in order to feedback to manufacturers. If the toy is in full working order and the returns process has been misused, we will then return the working item back to you at your own expense.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, then we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as lingerie and condoms. Personal care goods (such as lubes & creams) are also not returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item, we are happy to help.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items. However, please note that Sale items are refundable and not deemed as clearance.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at aphroditeadultreturns@gmail.com and we will look into this for you.

Aphrodite Adult reserves the right to decline a refund if the returns policy has been misused (for example returning a used or purposely damaged item)
